Technical / Solution Consultant Application Delivery

Responsibilities:
1. Delivering Pre-Sales Consulting Engagements. The Consultant will drive pre-sales consulting engagements to successful completion. The engagements typically consist of requirements analysis, solution design, concept implementation, trainings, knowledge transfer, and customer mentoring/consulting. This will involve using one or more of the company products and methodologies in delivering high quality implementations.
2. Technical Account Management. The Consultant will help manage customer expectations during the concept implementation, address issues if possible, and escalate them if necessary.
3. The consultant will be responsible for identifying potential high value added professional services to their clients covering some focused consulting on a part of or complete picture of company's BTO (Business Technology Optimization).


Desired Profile

Requirements:
1. 5+ years experience in quality assurance consulting.
2. Must have an understanding of C/Java and scripting programming fundamentals -- variables, conditional execution, data structures, pointer manipulation, compilation, debugging, etc.
3. Basic Database experience. Must have a basic understanding of relational databases and their use in information systems. Understand SQL and its syntax while retrieving, updating, and inserting information into the databases.
4. Understanding the 'client/server' and 'web' architecture/paradigm. Must understand 2, 3 and n tier systems from an architectural perspective.
5. Strong trouble shooting skills - both from a technical and project success standpoint
6. Soft Skills: Strong oral presentation and written communications skills, clear client listening and analysis skills, outstanding time management skills, skilled in consulting and establishing credibility / trust with customers, ability to handle multiple priorities, able to adapt to change, analytical problem-solving skills, and ability to handle customers effectively.
7. Must be able to understand customer's needs, address those needs, handle problems as they arise, and escalate issues as required.
8. 75% Travel availability. Must be able to perform significant travel.

Desired Skills:
1. ERP/CRM application experience (Oracle, Peoplesoft, Siebel or SAP)
2. J2EE or .NET experience
3. System/Network administration experience. Exposure to system and network administration issues on Windows and/or UNIX a plus.
4. Project, task, or process management experience.
5. QA experience. Understanding the development and testing process is a plus.
6. Customer-driven consulting experience. Must have experience with customers - consulting, pre-sales support, post-sales support, training, etc.
7. Experience in QTP/ Winrunner, Test Director, Loadrunner is mandatory.

Education/Experience:
1. Technical BS degree or equivalent in Computer Science, or Computer Engineering.
2. 1-4 years of professional services experience.
3. Big 4/5 consulting experience a plus.

Partner Enablement Manager

Responsibilities:
Delivery of instructor led technical trainings on company's solutions.
Creation of 'Capability Development Plans' to support efforts with specific partners.
Development and customization of courseware and training materials to support delivery.
Delivery of technical presentations.

Desired Profile
Requirements:
7-10 years experience in IT and/or in consulting
Prior knowledge and experience with QuickTest Professional, WinRunner, TestDirector, LoadRunner and Topaz.

At least 1 year client / server technology and architecture experience.
