Senior Research Analyst

Job Requirements

The requirements of this function are as follows:

· Managing research projects and research engagements independently – gathering data, analyzing inputs, providing detailed and in-depth analysis.
· The person will be responsible for taking initiatives, driving a project through planning, execution and delivery.
· Responsible for information analysis, competitive analysis and market assessment
· Keeping abreast with market development and issues,
· Analyze, interpret & synthesize data from different sources and provide business research support.
· Familiar with methods of primary and secondary research

Required Qualifications and Experience

· Master’s degree in any discipline
· Minimum of 5 years of research (market/business) experience
· Experience in a KPO company would be helpful
· Ability to derive meaningful conclusions from a wide array of data and information
· Excellent interpersonal skills
· Good analytical and writing skills
· Good MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
· Strong organizational and time management skills
· Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
· Good judgment and initiative

South Enterprise Manager

Position/Job title: Enterprise Account Manager - South India
Reports to: National Manager - Enterprise

Job Description:·
> Responsible for carrying large account sales quota and continuous to grow revenue.
> Plan and develop large account business strategy to ensure dynamic growth and dominate the market.
> Identify the strategic SI partners to penetrate into the targeted government/corporate customers.
> Manage and service existing key accounts and maintain high level of up sell and renewal rate.
> Ability to work closely with technical team to ensure achieving a high success rate on technology and solution sell.
> Ability to work closely with marketing team to run events to drive large account needs.
> Work experience requirements:
> To succeed in this position, candidate should have at least 5 years relevant experience in handling large accounts in solution selling and with good sales record in South India.
> Strong account management profile
> Knowledge in Internet Security would be an advantage but not essential·
> Ability to forecast and manage complex sales pipeline.
> Good communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently as well as in a team are also critical success factors for this position.

Manager - Sales & Support

Job Requirements:

· Ideal candidate would be involved in Sales Support activities which would include
o Maintaining, supporting and enhancing existing demo infrastructure
o Customizing and configuring existing demo solutions for demos to prospects
o Giving demos to prospects
· Ideal candidate should be
o A team player and should be able to easily work with different departments like Marketing and Engineering.
o A self-motivated individual, with good communication and presentation skills, who can take on responsibility and deliver within specified timelines
o Open to traveling to US for short stints – based on requirements from the Sales team

Desired experience/knowledge:

· Applicants should ideally have three plus years' experience in customer interfacing roles (sales or sales support or technology consulting)
· Should have experience and or aptitude in customizing/configuring applications/software
· Some knowledge and experience in PL/SQL, HTML and Java Scripting would be required for the role
· Candidates with a degree in Computer Sciences would be preferred
· This position will be based out of Bangalore, India

Solution Architect

Role & Responsibilities :
This involves working with the Sales Account Manager on specified Enterprise accounts.
Good understanding of Routing protocols such as BGP, OSPF etc. In depth knowledge of MPLS and related topics. Should understand Enterprise customer requirements, build technical solutions, communicate the superiority and relevance of the proposed solution, to the customer requirements. Demonstrate the product capability in POC and customer site demos. Presenting Client platforms and solutions to customers, partners and at events and seminars.

MARKETING SPECIALIST

Role Responsibilities

Developing and controlling marketing strategy to achieve market share and profitability goals for Company.

Main Activities

· Formulating national marketing policies from market intelligence and research projections.
· Implementing and monitoring the progress of marketing plans and advertising campaigns on a national basis.
· Preparing and updating national marketing budgets, reporting regularly on performance against target, providing variance analyses and revised projections.
· Coordinating market research and market intelligence data.
