Partner Enablement Manager

Responsibilities:
Delivery of instructor led technical trainings on company's solutions.
Creation of 'Capability Development Plans' to support efforts with specific partners.
Development and customization of courseware and training materials to support delivery.
Delivery of technical presentations.

Desired Profile
Requirements:
7-10 years experience in IT and/or in consulting
Prior knowledge and experience with QuickTest Professional, WinRunner, TestDirector, LoadRunner and Topaz.
Must have an understanding of C' and scripting programming fundamentals -- variables, conditional execution, data structures, pointer manipulation, compilation, debugging, etc.
At least 1 year client / server technology and architecture experience.
Basic Database experience. Must have a basic understanding of relational databases and their use in information systems. Understand SQL and its syntax while retrieving, updating, and inserting information into the databases.
Understanding the 'client/server' and 'web' architecture/paradigm. Must understand 2- and 3-tier systems from an architectural perspective.
Strong trouble shooting skills both from a technical and project success standpoint
Soft Skills: Strong oral presentation and written communications skills, outstanding time management skills, skilled in consulting and establishing credibility / trust with customers, ability to handle multiple priorities, able to adapt to change, analytical problem-solving skills, and ability to handle customers effectively.
Must be able to understand customer's needs, address those needs, handle problems as they arise, and escalate issues as required.
60% Travel availability. Must be able to perform significant travel.


Desired Skills:

ERP/CRM application experience (Oracle, Siebel, Peoplesoft or SAP)
J2EE or .NET experience
System/Network administration experience. Exposure to system and network administration issues on Windows and/or UNIX a plus.
Project, task, or process management experience.
QA experience. Understanding the development and testing process is a plus.
Customer-driven consulting experience. Must have experience with customers consulting, pre-sales support, post-sales support, training, etc.

Education:
Technical BS degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering.
7-10 years of professional experience.
Big 4/5 consulting experience a plus
