  • Sept 15th:-TDSAT has rejected Bharti Tele-Ventures’ petition for refund from BSNL and MTNL on claims of excessive billing of interconnect charges.

 

  • Sept 15th:-Vodafone Essar has filed a writ petition in the Bombay High Court challenging the right of the tax authorities to levy a capital gains tax on it.
