  • Sept. 12th :The Delhi High Court on Tuesday restrained telemarketers from making unsolicited calls to mobile phone users, irrespective of the fact whether or not they are registered with the DND facility.

 

  • Sept 12th :Cellular Operators’ Association of India (COAI), the GSM operators’ body, has written to the government to strictly enforce licence conditions.
