• Sept 25^th:-The department of telecom (DoT) on Monday announced October 1 as the deadline for accepting new licence applications.

 

• Sept 25^th:-The Bombay High Court has issued a notice to the income tax department, following a writ petition by Vodafone Essar challenging the tax department’s move to levy capital gains tax following the Vodafone-Hutch deal.
